Patient Liaison/Assistant Administrator

Lu switched careers to come to the Center because she was intrigued by the new model of care being developed here. She has an associate’s degree in ophthalmologic science from Camden County College, and is a licensed optician. She always loved working closely with people in her work as an optician, and now gets to know them even better in her work here. “We want to create a better experience than people expect. We can see it’s working. People don’t want to leave when their treatment ends. They look forward to coming here and getting the best possible care. That’s why we’re here.”
